Superintendents Association of Michigan
The Superintendents Association of Michigan (SAM) represents the superintendents of all 83 county road agencies. Michigan county road agency superintendents are responsible for performing supervision and administrative tasks associated with road construction and maintenance at the county level. Superintendents are a driving force behind county road agency operations. SAM recognizes superintendent contributions and provides a platform for networking, collaboration and continuing education. Mark your calendars! The 2021 SAM Superintendents Seminar is scheduled for October 6-8, 2021, at the Little River Casino in beautiful Manistee! The annual Superintendents Seminar features three days of educational seminars on the hottest topics in road agency operations, the SAM heavy equipment trade show and networking opportunities galore.
