    Ingham County seeks bids for the following:

    Ingham County is seeking bids for its 2014/15 season’s requirements of Single Tungsten Carbide insert grader blades for the Ingham County Road Department.  Bids will be received no later than 11:00 A.M., local time prevailing, on November 18, 2014 at which time they will be opened in public and read aloud.  Details at: http://pu.ingham.org, under Current Bids link, Pkt 120-14.

     
    The Washtenaw County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed bids will be received at the Administration Building of the Washtenaw County Road Commission at their office, 555 North Zeeb Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan until 9:30 A.M., Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at which time they will be publicly opened and read for furnishing the following:

    Proposals, bid forms and other information is available at the office of the Road Commission at the above address.

    Mandatory walk-throughs for each building are scheduled as follows:

    Building “A” - Administration Building - Meet at 555 North Zeeb, Ann Arbor at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 11, 2014.  The walk-through will last approximately one hour.

    Building “B” - Southeast Service Center - Meet at 5250 West Michigan Avenue, Ypsilanti at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2014.  The walk-through will last approximately one hour.

    To bid on a building you need to attend that building’s walk-through at the time specified above.  If you do not attend the walk-through for that building you will not be able to submit a bid for that building.

    Bids must be completed on the provided form(s) and shall be signed by an authorized agent of the bidder and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked on the outside as to the contents.  Bids failing to meet this requirement will not be considered.  Bids cannot be submitted by telephone or fax.

    The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of same; to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to make the award in part or entirety as may appear to be in the best interest of the County of Washtenaw.

     
    The Road Commission for Oakland County seeks RFQs for the following:

    Interested consulting engineering firms must submit three copies of their Qualification Statement no later than 3:00 p.m., Friday, November 21, 2014 for:

    Services will be performed on various federal, state and locally-funded road and bridge projects for Fiscal Years 2015-2017.

    Specific information regarding criteria for selection; the scope of engineering services that may be requested; RCOC’s procedures for requesting services; and additional requirements for project design is available at www.rcocweb.org “About Us Menu”, within the Meetings and the Calendar of Events sections under the date of November 21, 2014, and under Doing Business with the RCOC–Construction Projects.  Questions may be directed to the Engineering Department at 248-645-2000 ext. 2265.

    The Road Commission for Oakland County reserves the right to reject any or all of the Qualification Statements received and to re-solicit engineering services at its sole discretion.  Qualification Statements received after the above described deadline will not be opened for consideration

     
    Ingham County seeks bids for the following:

    Ingham County solicits proposals from qualified and experienced transportation software firms to furnish and install an automated fuel management system for use at the Ingham County Road Department.

    Proposals will be received no later than 11:00 A.M., local time prevailing, on November 24, 2014 at which time they will be opened in public and read aloud.  Details at:http://pu.ingham.org, under Current Bids link, Packet 123-14.

     
    The Monroe County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    The Monroe County Road Commission located at 840 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe, MI 48161 will receive bids until 10:00 am local time, Tuesday, December 2, 2014. At which time and place, all bids will be publicly opened for furnishing the following materials:

    Proposals will only be accepted on the Road Commission’s bid form and must be returned in a sealed envelope with the contents plainly marked on the outside.

    Material must meet current Michigan Department of Transportation specifications or Ohio Department of Transportation specifications.

    The Board reserves the right to accept, reject and/or modify any and all bids, to waive irregularities therein, and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Monroe County Road Commission.

    Bid packets and additional information may be obtained at the offices of the Monroe County Road Commission or by calling (734) 240-5102. Office hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday.

    The Genesee County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed proposals will be received until 1:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST), Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at the Genesee County Road Commission, located at 211 W. Oakley Street, Flint, Michigan for the following items:

    The Mason County Road Commission seeks proposals for the following:

    The Mason County Road Commission (MCRC) is requesting proposals from qualified firms of Certified Public Accountants (the auditors) to audit MCRC’s financial statements for one year and three years beginning with the year ending December 31, 2014.  Extension of the contract into year two and three will be dependent upon the performance in year one.  These audits are to be performed in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP).  The audit is to be performed in compliance with all Federal and State of Michigan laws and regulations. 

    Proposals are due by 10:00 am on December 4, 2014 to the Mason County Road Commission at:  PO Box 247 Scottville, MI  49454 and clearly labeled Attn: Proposal for Auditing Services.  The auditing firm shall provide five (5) copies of their proposal.  The MCRC reserves the right to select the successful auditing firm that in the sole judgment of the Board is in the best interest of the Mason County Road Commission.  Any questions shall be addressed to the Clerk, Mary Samuels at 231-757-2882 or email.

     
    The Eaton County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Eaton, Michigan at 1112 Reynolds Road, Charlotte, MI 48813, until 9:30 am, Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at which time and place proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing and delivering the following:

    Specifications, bid blanks, and further information may be obtained online at www.eatoncountyroad.com or at the offices of the Eaton County Road Commission, 1112 Reynolds Road, Charlotte, MI, 48813, Telephone (517) 543-1630 or (877) 883-2866.
