Eaton County Road Commission seeks bids for Trucks
Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Eaton, Michigan at 1112 Reynolds Road, Charlotte, MI 48813, until
6:30 P.M., Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at which time and place proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing and delivering the following:
- TWO (2) 2014 MODEL DIESEL POWERED TANDEM AXLE TRUCKS

Berrien County Road Commission seeks bids for Tree/stump removal & Tree trimming
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the office of the Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Berrien, 2860 East Napier Avenue, Benton Harbor, MI 49022 until
11:00 A.M., Thursday, June 27, 2013 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:
- Tree and Stump Removal and Tree Trimming.
All bids will be tabulated and presented to the Board of County Road Commissioners at their next regular meeting.

Invitation To Bid Country Club Road Reconstruction
Sealed bids will be received by the Emmet County Road Commission at their offices located at 2265 E. Hathaway Road, Harbor Springs, MI, until
9:00 a.m., Monday, July 1, 2013, at which time they will be opened and read aloud for the
reconstruction of Country Club Road, from Manvel Road to Surrey Lane for a total of 0.32 miles in Bear Creek Township.

Request For Proposal Preliminary Engineering Services
The Emmet County Road Commission will receive sealed proposals until
Monday, July 1, 2013, at 9:10 a.m., at which time they will be opened and read aloud for the
Preliminary Engineering on the McDougal Road over the Bear River replacement project in Bear Creek Township. This is a Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) funded project. All FHWA standards must be followed.

Crawford County Road Commission seeks Engineering Services
The Crawford County Road Commission will accept proposals for MDOT Prequalified Professional Design Engineering Services for the above named project until
July 18, 2013, at their Grayling office located at 500 Huron Street, Grayling, MI 49738.
In order to submit a proposal for this project, firms must possess the following MDOT Primary Prequalifications: Short and Medium Span Bridges, Geotechnical Engineering Services, and Bridge Construction Services, Portland Cement Concrete Inspection and Testing, and must either possess or engage subconsultants possessing the following MDOT Secondary Prequalifications: Maintaining Traffic Plans and Provisions, and Density Inspection and Testing.
This is a qualifications based selection. The Crawford County Road Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to select the firm deemed to be in the Crawford County Road Commission's best interest.
