    The Ottawa County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    The Ottawa County Road Commission is seeking the submittal of written proposals from consulting firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Bidding, and Construction phases for the new Coopersville Area Maintenance Complex, located at 475 68th Avenue, Coopersville, Michigan.

    To assist with the written proposal development, firms are encouraged to visit (with an appointment) the existing Ottawa County Road Commission Grand Haven and/or North Holland Maintenance Complexes to review the existing layout and operation of the facilities.

    The Ottawa County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed bids will be received by the Ottawa County Road Commission, Rosy Mound Drive at US-31, P.O. Box 739, Grand Haven, Michigan 49417 until 10:30 AM, Thursday, March 19, 2015 for the following:

All Bids shall be submitted on CCRC Bid Sheets in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the bidder and item being Bid. All bids shall be valid for a period of one year from date of award.

    Bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids will be awarded at the regular Road Commission Board meeting on April 2, 2015. The Cheboygan County Road Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part; to waive irregularities or informalities; and to award bids, in whole or in part, as deemed to be in the best interest of the Cheboygan County Road Commission.

     
    The Alpena County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed proposals will be received by the Alpena County Road Commission at their offices at 1400 North Bagley Street, Alpena, Michigan, 49707, until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read, for the following:

    Specifications, proposal forms and instructions may be obtained at the above Road Commission offices or will be mailed upon request.  Proposals must be sealed and plainly marked “Wheel Loader Bid” on the outside of the envelope.

    A bid deposit in an amount equal to 5% of the Net Base Purchase Price will be required with all proposals.

    The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities in any proposal, or to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Alpena County Road Commission.
