    Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Road Commissioners of Montcalm County at their offices located at 619 West Main Street, PO Box 337, Stanton, Michigan 48888, until 11:00 A.M., Monday, February 2, 2015 for the 2015 Annual Requirements of Open-graded Polymer Emulsion Patch Mixes – CP-6-Styrelf.

    All materials shall meet the current Michigan Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction and may be tested by a private laboratory, designated by the Road Commission for Montcalm County.

    Bid prices are to be indicated on this form and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Cold Patch Bids” and shall include the name and address of the bidder. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bid prices will be valid through the 2015 calendar year. Further information upon which bids shall be based is available at the Road Commission’s office listed above.     The Muskegon County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Ingham County solicits proposals from experienced, MDOT approved, contractors for the purpose of entering into a contract to apply penetrating epoxy bridge deck healer-sealer to the Hagadorn Road Bridge over the Red Cedar River located just south of the M-43 and Hagadorn Road intersection, Meridian Township. The bridge deck and approach slabs are six lanes wide and measure approximately 180.0 feet x 69.0 feet (1380 sq. yd.).     The Newaygo County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed Bids will be received by the Newaygo County Road Commission in the Road Commission Offices at 935 One Mile Road, White Cloud, MI 49349 until 8:00 am local time, Wednesday, March 11, 2015. They will be publicly opened and read aloud at the regular meeting of the Road Commission.

    Work includes preparation and painting of two prefabricated metal maintenance buildings at the Road Commission facility at 935 One Mile Road, and all related work.

    Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during normal working hours Monday through Friday. Bidding Documents are available electronically (as portable document format (PDF) files) for a non-refundable payment of ten dollars ($10.00). Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained for a non-refundable payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00), plus a non-refundable payment of ten dollars ($10.00) for mailing. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
