    The Genesee County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Genesee County Road Commission, in conjunction with the City of Flint is seeking proposals for bids due by April 16, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. for the following items: 

    All additional bid documents, requirements, addendums, specifications and plans/drawings (if utilized) are available on the Purchasing page of the City of Flint’s web site at flintweb2.cityofflint.com/purchasing/bids.asp under “open bids” and the specific bid or proposal number assigned to this notice.

    To view a specific document, click on the appropriate Bid/Proposal attachment.  To compete in the bid process you will need to print the document, completely fill in and return to the Purchasing Department prior to the date and time noted.  Bid documents received after date and time posted will not be considered.

    Ingham County seeks bids for the following:

    Ingham County solicits competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced companies for the purpose of furnishing its 2015 season’s requirements of Bituminous Surface Mixture No. 13A and 36A to the Ingham County Road Department.  Packet is available online at: http://pu.ingham.org, under Current Bids link, Pkt. 33-15.   Bids will be received no later than 11:00 A.M., local time prevailing, on April 20, 2015 at which time they will be opened in public and read aloud in the Ingham County Purchasing Department, PO Box 319, 121 E. Maple St., Room 203, Mason, Michigan 48854. Bids received at other locations or delivered after the due date and time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder.

     
    The Road Commission for Ionia County seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Ionia County Road Commissioners until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Commission offices for:

    All bids will meet or exceed the specifications established by the Ionia County Road Commission and/or the Michigan Department of Transportation.  The bid form is to be returned in a sealed envelope and plainly marked “Sealed Bid for Contract # 15-08 Roadside Brush Spraying” and shall include the name and address of the bidder.  Further information upon which bids shall be based is available at the road commission office (616) 527-1700 or www.ioniacountyroads.org.

    The Monroe County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Monroe until 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at their office located at 840 South Telegraph Road, Monroe, Michigan, 48161 for

    Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Bid Committee at 10:00 a.m.  The work consists of approximately 250,000 pounds of overband crack filling on various roads in Monroe County.

    The Monroe County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Road Commissioners, Monroe County, Michigan, at their office at 840 South Telegraph, Monroe, Michigan, until 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at which time and place they shall be publicly opened and read aloud.

    The project consists of striping approximately 250 miles of roads each year. Bidders are asked to submit bids for pavement marking using Waterborne pavement marking material for application. The estimated quantities are as follows:

    The Muskegon County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed bids will be received and publicly opened by the Muskegon County Road Commission at 7700 E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442 until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2015 for the following road improvement project: 

    Project consists of 4.13 miles of road improvements utilizing a hot mix asphalt (HMA) surface overlay, HMA base crushing and shaping, aggregate shoulder, curb and gutter, culvert replacement, earthwork, approach reconstruction, traffic control and pavement marking.    

    Proposals, plans and specifications and information to bidders may be obtained from the Engineering Department of the Muskegon County Road Commission at the above address between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

    All bids must be submitted by the applicable date and time, in sealed envelopes and addressed to the attention of the Road Commission Managing Director, Mr. Ken Hulka.  All bid submissions shall be plainly marked as “Sternberg Road” for identification on the outside of the bid packet envelope.
