    The Kalamazoo County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed proposals will be received by the Kalamazoo County Road Commission (KCRC), at its offices at 3801 East Kilgore Road, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49001, until Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 9:45 am at which time they will be publicly opened and read for the following:

    Bids must be on forms supplied by KCRC and in sealed envelopes with the item and date of opening clearly marked.

    The KCRC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in any bid and to award the bids(s) they deem in the best interest of the KCRC.

    The Ionia County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at the Ionia County Road Commission Office, located at 170 E. Riverside Dr., Ionia, MI 48846.  All prospective bidders must attend in order to be considered eligible to bid.

    Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Ionia County Road Commissioners until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Commission offices for:

    The contractor shall certify that all materials and equipment meet current Michigan Department of Transportation specifications.  All bids will meet or exceed the specifications established by the Ionia County Road Commission and/or the Michigan Department of Transportation.

    The Branch County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    The Ottawa County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed bids will be received by the Ottawa County Road Commission, Rosy Mound Drive at US-31, P.O. Box 739, Grand Haven, Michigan 49417 until 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 4, 2014 for the following:

    Specifications and bidding blanks may be obtained at the Road Commission office at the above address.  A non-refundable payment of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) will be required for each set of bidding documents.  An additional non-refundable payment of Ten Dollars ($10.00) will be required for mailing the bidding documents.  Plans and specifications are available for inspection at no charge at the above address.

    Each bid must be submitted on the form supplied by the Road Commission in a sealed envelope, plainly marked as to the item being bid upon and the name of the bidder.

    The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and award the Contract in any manner to be in the best interest of the County of Ottawa.

     
    The Alpena County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed proposals will be received by the Alpena County Road Commission at their offices at 1400 North Bagley Street, Alpena, Michigan, 49707, until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2014, for the above project, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

    Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, bank money order, or bidders' bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal, payable to the Alpena County Road Commission, as a guarantee of good faith.  This proposal guarantee shall be forfeited in case of failure of the successful bidder to execute the contract and furnish satisfactory bonds, as required, within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after being furnished with the necessary contract and bond forms.

    The plans, proposal forms and instructions may be obtained at the office of the Road Commission at the above address or will be mailed upon request.  No proposal will be received unless made on proposal forms furnished by and delivered to the Alpena County Road Commission prior to the scheduled closing time for receiving proposals set forth above.  Each proposal must be sealed and plainly marked with the name of the project, bid opening date, and bid opening time on the outside of the envelope.

    The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities in any proposal, or to make the award as appears to be in the best interest of the Alpena County Road Commission.

     
    The Genesee County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed proposals for the performance of work listed below will be received by The Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Genesee, Michigan at 211 West Oakley Street, Flint, Michigan until 10:00 a.m., September 8, 2014 at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

    Plans and proposals may be obtained at the Road Commission Office, 211 West Oakley Street, Flint, MI 48503 on or after 8:00 A.M., August 28, 2014. A non-refundable charge of ten ($10.00) dollars each plus $0.60 sales tax will be charged for furnishing the proposal that is picked up at the Genesee County Road Commission. A non-refundable charge of twenty ($20.00) dollars each plus $1.20 sales tax will be charged for furnishing each set of plans and proposal that is picked up at the Genesee County Road Commission. An additional cost of five ($5.00) dollars plus $0.30 sales tax will be charged for mailing the plans and proposal. Plan and proposal charges will not be refunded.

    Proposals may also be obtained from the Road Commission Web Site at www.Pcrc.org . No charges will apply for furnishing the electronic version of the proposal in Adobe Acrobat format. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to print out the proposal in its entirety and submit the completed bid proposal to the Road Commission office by the time and date as shown above. No proposal shall be accepted by e-mail.

    Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and shall be conspicuously and plainly marked with the "proposal identification" to which the bid applies. The right is hereby reserved to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal that, in the opinion of the Board, is in the best interest and to the best advantage of the public.

    The Shiawassee County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    Sealed Bids for the construction of the Shiawassee County Road Commission 2014 Priority Roads Projects will be received by Shiawassee County Road Commission, at the office of 701 W.     The Roscommon County Road Commission seeks bids for the following:

    The Roscommon County Road Commission will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2014. (Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. for tabulation and review. Bid results and staff recommendations will be presented to the Board at their regular meeting September 11,2014 beginning 7:00 p.m. Our office is located at 820 E.
