Genesee County Road Commission Seeks Proposals for: ITEM #45 - TREE REMOVAL BID

Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Thursday, September 9, 2010, at the Genesee County Road Commission, located at 211 W. Oakley St., Flint, MI for the following Items: ITEM #45 - TREE REMOVAL. A copy of this bid can be obtained from our website.

Ottawa County Road Commission Seeks Proposals for:

Sealed bids will be received by the Ottawa County Road Commission, Rosy Mound Drive @ US-31, Grand Haven, Michigan 49417 until 10:00 A.M., September 9, 2010, for the following:
Approximately 2,800 feet of 48 inch Chain Link Fence along Southbound US-31 between James Street and Felch Street in Holland Township of Ottawa County, Michigan.
Specifications and bidding blanks may be obtained at the Road Commission office at the above address. Each bid must be submitted on the form supplied by the Road Commission in a sealed envelope, plainly marked as to the ITEM being bid upon and the NAME OF THE BIDDER. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and award the Contract in any manner to be of the best value to the County of Ottawa.

Hot Plant Mix Asphalt Paving For St. Joseph County Road Commission

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Road Commissioners until 16 September 2010, 10:30 a.m., EDT, at the office of the St. Joseph County Road Commission on M-86, west of Centreville, Michigan, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read. The proposed work consists of the following estimated quantities:

Bituminous Mixture 13A, 1800 Tons

Kent County Curb, 2050 LFT

Temporary Pavement Marking, 216 LFT

23A Shoulder Gravel, 450 Tons.
Proposal forms will be available, upon request, at the Road Commission's office until the time of opening. The bid will not be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check in the amount specified on the bid form. The Board of County Road Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to award the contract in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of St. Joseph County. The Road Commission for Oakland County is currently accepting bids for two projects.

Bids for the following two projects are being accepted for:

Project No. 201030, 2010 Gravel Program - Placement of aggregate surface course 23A (Modified) or 22A gravel on approximately 28 to 41 miles of road in various locations in Oakland County, Michigan

Project No. 201090, 2010 Limestone Program - Placement of aggregate surface course 23A limestone on approximately 2 miles of road in Oakland Township, Oakland County, Michigan

The Road Commission for Oakland County is currently accepting bids for the following project:

Bids for the following project are being accepted for: Project No. 99168, Drilling of Orion (D3) Brine Well; depth approximately 2,500 ft, located at the Road Commission for Oakland County Lake Orion (D3) garage, Oakland County, Michigan.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Road Commissioners at their administrative office, 31001 Lahser Road, Beverly Hills MI 48025, in the Clerk's Office until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 28, 2010. The Washtenaw County Road Commission Seeks Bids For Ice Control Sand

Sealed bids will be received at the Administration Building of the Washtenaw County Road Commission at their office, 555 North Zeeb Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103 until 10:30 A.M., Thursday, October 7, 2010 at which time they will be publicly opened and read for furnishing the following:

SEASON'S REQUIREMENTS FOR ICE CONTROL SAND (approximately 4000 tons)
Proposals, bid forms and other information are available at the office of the Road Commission at the above address.
BIDS MUST BE COMPLETED ON THE PROVIDED FORM AND SHALL BE SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE BIDDER AND SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE THAT IS PLAINLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE AS TO THE CONTENTS. BIDS FAILING TO MEET THIS REQUIREMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of same; to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to make the award in part or entirety as may appear to be in the best interest of the County of Washtenaw.
